Happy New Year - 2009 will be a powerful year. It is an 11 which makes a 2 - Master Number.

Also the e nergy of this year is all about ma nifesti ng Love – how awesome. The game has started as we all move towards asce nsio n . We have 3 years to prepare for 2012.


2008 was prepari ng us as we experie nced the i nte nse e nergy, it was like a whirlpool of e nergy & we were getti ng caught up i n it. Some felt like they were falli ng off the deep e nd. These e nergies were bri ngi ng up ma ny emotio ns from i nside to bri ng them to the surface, so we ca n let go a nd not judge. Choose what you wa nt to feel ie; joy, peace, love or have other lovi ng nurturi ng feeli ngs.


We need to be ready for 2009….ready for these new beginnings and new connections and new reality. We need to be fresh a nd clea n a nd free of the old. Take away judgeme nt a nd feel compassio n towards others which will bring stre ngth, calm a nd exciteme nt.

New Home in Hervey Bay
Exciting News - I am now living in Hervey Bay which is on the Queensland coast about 3 1/2 Hours north of Brisbane. It is a beautiful part of the world and I love the beach and fresh breeze from the ocean. I have been offline since the move on 10 Dec. though yesterday I finally have the internet connected again. I apologise to anyone who emailed me and had it bounce, my server was full and I could not access it to clear it.
I have a lovely big home that has lots of space to spread out as well as hold group workshops. I will be finalising my schedule of days/dates for classes in meditation, self care and half day, 1 day and 2 day workshops to help you to feel the WOW and have high energy every day feeling motivated, excited and enthusiastic about life.

Linda Moving House
Exciting news, I am packing up to move to the beach to connect with the Ocean and Whales. I move on 10 Dec.to be settled by 12/12/08 which is also full moon. I have been guided to move to the Hervey Bay area which is 3 1/2 hours north of Brisbane. There are many smaller towns around this area and I am looking forward to bringing the WOW factor to the area helping to re-energise and inspire the people there. I am very excited, I have a beautiful house which is walking distance to the beach and esplanade, it is Big and spacious for my groups and workshops. I will also be inviting many of my friends who are very gifted to come and share and bring their energy to the area. The house will be the gathering place for meditation groups, workshops, healings, crystals, readings, drumming, chanting, yoga, body balance class and have invited my friends from the USA to share their sharmanic, native american indian teachings as well.

Looking Within & Letting Go!

As we are all moving towards Ascension many of us are experiencing old emotions and patterns coming up to be cleared. This is an exciting time to embrace the emotions and feelings that are coming up with love. Continue to feel the love flowing through your body and letting go of the old pattern that does not serve you and choose to a positive outcome of how you would like it to be. 

Look within and realize your own selfworth,  no longer phased by what someone else's says or their opinion of you or may have been. By detaching from outside influences will provide you with both balance and stability.
Look at all your past stories of betrayal, fear, abandonment and recognize that whomever you may think is responsible for causing this emotion has come and gone, do not relive it or feed it any energy, (this keeps it alive) what you carry now is an experience. Everything that has happened in the past is an experience to learn and grow from. It has made us who we are today. As you release the emotions and patterns you will not only move towards ascension increasing consciousness though becoming free within yourself to create whatever you want. By asking this most vital question of yourself and each other, "What can I do to love you more?" - listen deeply to the answer. Once heard take action before days end. In doing so you will be amazed at the Love that flows within you, and the love that is magnetized towards you.

Deepak Chopra spoke powerful works when he said, "love without action is meaningless and action without love is irrelevant." Please consider that wisdom as action is taken to re-create your reality.


It may appear that we are in turbulent times though we are in the middle of a blessing with many exciting times ahead. Embrace each moment and focus on the all the love in the world to co-create and support a new reality, and a plan of action so that the very purpose for which WE were created can be made manifest, once and for all!

Swimming with the Dolphins
I went to Seaworld yesterday to swim with dolphins, it was a wonderful experience, what a beautiful gift to be surrounded by such amazing animals. We were in 2 groups of 6 with 1 dolphin each to play with. We had our photos taken holding their fins and patted them. To dance with the dolphin we had to go out into the deep water and twirl around with our hands up and the dolphin would choose who it would dance with. Well I am very blessed and excited to say that both dolphins chose me to dance with, it was so beautiful I felt like hugging them (though I dont think they have been trained to do that) we had photos taken plus a dvd of the session. I would recommend it to anyone to connect with the energy of these amazing mammals.

I have just arrived back from my US trip attending the "You can do it! At Sea" Louise Hay cruise. We departed from San Diego on the ship Holland America Oosterdam. Wayne Dyer was the first speaker on Sunday, he is so natural and down to earth, I found out that Wayne & Doreen Virtue are both Taurean's also. He had 3 of his daughters on the ship who I also met. I met some amazing people and made new friends from many different places. There were also some others Australians on the ship who I met from Brisbane. All the key note speaches were great - Caroline Myss I really liked her style, she is very honest and to the point. Doreen came on the ship at our first port Cabo San Lucas-(great shopping), she was with her husband Steven Farmer. Next port was Puerto Vallarta then Manzanillo then steamed back to San Diego for two days. Loretta LaRoche was very funny! I love her humour and perspective on life. Baron Baptist  taught Yoga each morning which was I really enjoyed, it has inspired me to practice regularly and will attend a yoga retreat here in Australia. Cheryl Richardson & Marianne Williamson are natural speakers and teachers. Brian Weiss was great and also very funny he took us through a hypnotic trance/meditation which was very powerful. There were also other speakers/psychic mediums on board running a consecutive program so we had a full program with the seminars, ports, entertainment at night and dinners. I shared a cabin with a lady from West Virginia, we got on great like sisters. I really enjoyed the whole experience and have come back home with a clearer vision on how I can incorporate what I have learnt into my own programs I like to share with others. Stay tuned to where I will be presenting next, I have so much to share with you all. I also have Louise Hay's DVD if you would like to borrow it to watch.

Signature Foods
Whole Food Signatures      

A stupendous insight of civilisations past has now been confirmed by today's investigative, nutritional sciences.  They have shown that what was once called "The Doctrine of Signatures" was astoundingly correct.

Referred to in the classical period of Rome as the "Law of Similarities" it is now called by scientists, "Teleological Nutritional Targeting".

It now contends that every whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function and that this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit the food provides the eater.

For instance:

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye.  The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones.  These foods specifically target bone strength.  Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium.  If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak.  These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

What does nicotine to you?
Nicotine, the active and addictive ingredient of tobacco, is a mild central nervous system stimulant and a stronger cardiovascular system stimulant.  It constricts blood vesses, increasing the blood pressure and stimulating the heart, and raises the blood fatlevels.  In its liquid form, nicotine is a powerful poison- the injection of even one drop would be deadly.  It is the nicotine, not the smoke, that causes people to continue to smoke cigarettes, but it is the cigarette smoke that causes many of the problems.

Cigarette smoke is a combination od lethal gases- carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide and nitrogen and sulphar oxides- and tars, which contain an estimated 4,000 chemicals.

An alkaline diet is even more important during the cigarette withdrawel and detoxification periods.  the increased blood alkalinity that results from a diet high in fruits and vegetables, even mainly raw food consumption, helps reduce the craving for and the interest in smoking. 

Smokers simple nutrient plan

Vitamin c                                    1,000 - 2,000 mg

Beta-carotene                            15,000 - 25,000 IUs

Vitamin A                                   5,000 - 10,000 IUs

Stop smoking diet

Increase Alkaline Foods

Fruits, vegetables, greens, lima beans, millet, figs, raisins, carrots, celery, almonds

Reduce Acid Foods

Meats, sugar, wheat, bread, baked goods, beef, chicken, eggs, milk, cheese

Stopping smoking may require a major change in your whole relationship to ourselves and our health. We need to decide to love, support and nature ourselves in the best possible way.  Often, changing our attitude first makes it easier for us to give up to our health--denying habits, such as smoking.  If we want to be optimally healthy, we just cannot smoke.

 

During withdrawel, I suggest taking vitamin C (as a mineral ascorbate to reduce acidity) in amounts of about 1 gram every one or two hours.  This may help reduce nicotine cravings.  Other nutrients and dietry plans discussed earlier may also be used.

Suggestions for smoking cessation

  • cut down on aother addictive substances, such as caffine, sugar, and alcohol, all of which can increase the desire to smoke.
  • get a partner, another smoker, to stop with you, or even better, get an ex-smoker to support you while you stop
  • tell friends and family and ask for their support- that is, go public with your plan to stop. Also let them know you may wish to use them during your transition
  • stay busy to prevent bordem and to keep your mind off smoking.
  • exercise regulary to decrease withdrawel, increase motivation, and increase relaxation.
  • create a reward or goal for being successful, such as betting with a friend (bet on yourself, of course), or save cigarette money for a new outfit or trip, this money you will collect only after a certain time of not smoking.
  • get plenty of rest
  • drink fluids and use water for therapy by taking showers, baths, hot tubs, or going swimming.
  • change daily patterns to avoid stimulating old smoking conditioning. this may inlude staying away from bars and alcohol or coffee, avoiding friends who smoke, not recieving or making phone calls at specific locations in which you usually smoked, and getting up and doing something right after a meal.
  • learn relaxation and breathing techniques and do them.
  • practice visulaisation
  • keep a positive attitude toward health and life
  • get positive health treatments, such as massage, teeth cleaning to remove cigarrette stains, yoga class, and so on.
  • find temporary oral substitues to deal with psychological ties to smoking- be careful not to over eat or choke on any of the following nonedibles.  Oral fixation subsitutes could inclue munchies such as vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, zucchini) apples, nuts, popcorn, sunflower seeds (unsalted) in shells, sugarless hard candies or gum, or chewing or sucking on ice cubes, toothpicks, licorice sticks, or drinking straws.
  • if cravings arise, find wats to deal with them.  examples could include short relaxation exercises, such as rubbing a stone or crystal, or bedning a paperclip.

Everyday we make choices. What do you choose? Balance is the key.
The body's main purpose is to keep the blood and organs functioning to stay alive. When all of its energy is being spent correcting an acid pH there is no time to make corrections to other body systems. The result is a host of illnesses. Our body's pH is the benchmark for measuring health. Neutral is 7.0, anything above is considered alkaline, anything below acid. The human blood range is slightly alkaline at 7.35 to 7.45. Our body creates acidity at the cellular level.  However, the fluids surrounding our cells must be alkaline. Alkalinity is anabolic building up systems, and acidity is catabolic tearing down systems. As each cell performs its task of respiration, it secretes metabolic wastes that are acidic. These wastes are the end product of cellular metabolism and must not be allowed to build up. The body goes to great lengths to neutralize and detoxify these acids before they are in a position to act as poisons in and around the cell, changing the environment of the cell.

A cell that has not been starved of oxygen and has pH balance cannot become infected with cancer. Eating a diet rich in brightly coloured vegetables is the natural way to bring pH levels to a balanced state. An excellent diet to help maintain a normal pH is a low stress diet. This will place the least amount of strain on digestion and metabolism.

Too much protein makes one feel tired, sluggish and is a cause of increased blood pressure.  Urine that foams alot may be an indicator of too much protein.  Urine that is dark yellow may be an indicator of too much sugar in the diet.  Moderation in protein, fat and sugar intake is the answer.

  • Meat, chicken, turkey, and fish are better digested if eaten along with salad.
  • Dilute frozen fruit juices  with an extra can of water to help lower suger levels of the juice.
  • Drink only pure water from a pure source.
  • As a person gets healthier through better diet, he may get periodic reactions from destroying and expelling accumulated toxins.

It is helpful when eating a meal not to mix acids and starches.  they should always be eaten at seperate meals. Acids neutralise the alkaline medium for starch digestion and the result is fermentation, which can result in indigestion.  Examples of acid foods are: nuts, most dairy foods, flesh foods including fish.  Examples of a starch: potatoes, cereals, dried beans and peas.  the list is longer ut you get the idea.

Eat protein and starch foods at seperate meals.  The acid of starch foods inhibit the secretion of the digestive acids required for protein digestion.  undigested protein putrefies in bacterialdecomposition and produces some potent poisons.  for more information on proper food combining go to www.feelgoodfood.com

The Ten Day Liver Cleanse

15 ml. (2 tsp) extra virgin olive oil, juice of one small lemon, 1 garlic clove (chopped) or 2 capsules of odourless garlic(only if your system cannot tolerate fresh garlic), 300-375ml grapefruit juice (unsweetened)

Mix together in a blender. Drink first thing in the morning, Wait 1/2 hour, then have a light non-greasy breakfast (an apple and peppermint tea will settle tummy); Eat no red meat during the 10-day cleanse. Limit oily foods and dairy products. Do liver cleanse 6 times a year if you have and oily diet. If not, then cleanse twice a year.

LIVER PROBLEMS: If you experience your liver quivering from time to time (the liver is under right breast) take silica cell salts, one tablet as needed, to help balance your liver.

LUNG/Lymphatic Cleanse

This ancient tea is essential in helping the body to release toxins from lungs and lymph glands. It is also useful in helping the body to release tar and nicotine from lungs when attempting to stop smoking.

2 tsp Fennel! Seeds, 2 tsp Fenugreek seeds, 2 tsp Skullcap

Use bulk tea, no tea bags. Boil 2 litres of water, remove from heat, put herbs in and let steep 20-30 minutes and strain. Drink hot or cold, (you can sweeten with honey), Drink

1-2 litres daily for a month or until you smell like the tea, stop for 2 weeks then drink for another month. Use after colds or congestion. Please drink plenty of water when using this tea.

Alternative lung cleanse 2 tsp mullein, 2 tsp skullcap into 1 litre water (sweeten with honey)

KIDNEY CLEANSE: #l-Boil 1 cup of rice with a litre of water until rice is soft. Strain keeping the water,

let cool, sip rice water for 12 hours, repeat #1 for 3 days. Kidneys will release stones or feel lighter if not

stop for 2 days and repeat for another 3 days.

Linda's Blog...
Hello, I am so excited to announce my new website heartlightenergy.com. As some of you know I have recently returned to Australia after travelling throughout the USA for nearly 3 months, from the East Coast to West coast and was in a different city every week. Airports became really familiar to me especially the line up to get through security!  I met some lovely people during my travels and presented seminars to promote the Pellowah Healing to the people in the US as it is so new to the planet and no one in the US had heard of it.  I taught a few workshops in Salt Lake City, Cornville AZ, and Seattle, the students loved it and we had a great time. I also presented in New Jersey, Scottsdale, Las Vegas and San Juan Islands. The whole trip was adventurous and a huge learning experience for me, my motto is I only learn my lessons through love, laughter, fun, joy and adventure! I was tested many times along the way and ask myself "Am I having Fun" and to keep looking at the big picture ahead and following my guidance from spirit.
 
What became clear to me is that I need to create my own modality and teach my own workshops, hence changing the name of my website from Spiritual Energy to Heart Light Energy. This name came to me when I was in Arizona, I was thinking about what is my purpose on this planet? I realised that I want to help people to turn on their heart light and let it shine where ever they go (just like Neil Diamond's song). Along with teaching Pellowah Healing, I will be creating many different workshops from all my years of experience and training to help people to become the true essence of who they really are (which is pure love) and living their lives with ease and grace and having peace and love in their hearts.
 
My new website will have a description of each new workshop as well as a registration and payment page to make it easy for you. I will also send out my newsletter so if you would like to receive the newsletter please enter your details on the home page to be added to the database.
